Mix:
- 2 Cups Old Fashion Oats
- 3/4 Cup Pecans
- And a handful of:
- Sunflower Seeds
- Pumpkin Seeds
- Slivered Almonds
- Walnuts
- Chia Seeds
Melt:
- 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
- 3 Blobs of Maple Syrup
- 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon (Plus an extra sprinkle or 2)
- 1 Dash of Vanilla
- A Sprinkle of Salt
Mix melted mixture with the dry and lay evenly on baking sheet.
Bake @325 for 20-25 minutes.
Let cool and add your dried fruit.
